Waves. Helloooo Rotomblr. My name is Khione. I'm a "researcher" at the Weather Institute on good ol' Route 119. Was first on here a while back, but now I'm back and .. raring for action, i guess? Lmao.

#em draws stuff #hornblower #william bush #horatio hornblower #first and foremost! sorry for melting bush's face off in this image #but for a bit more context this is because I had the idea that a hornblower story based in 'the steadfast tin soldier' would be interesting #so here we've got pewter-cast model bush and paper theatre guy hornblower (and things are not going well for them!)#this one was an interesting challenge since I wanted bush to look like the metal was sort of melting out from under his paint #and then hornblower's paper hasn't quite caught alight yet but is starting to char at the very edges of him and where he's touching bush #both of them are much more complex designs than I'd originally been planning for (bush has got ball-and-socket joints and all...)#(the original original plan was that I would learn pewter casting and make him Real. as you can see I did not do that.)#but hey I'm pleased with how they turned out in the end! this took me three sharpe episodes to draw :|#(eleven episodes in and I think it made me weird in the head so I think I will slow down for the time being! too much riflery!)#aaaaaanyway. I don't know if I'll ever write anything about this idea so I'm releasing it into the wild if anyone else likes it #part of this was. an excuse to put some sequins on hornblower yes. fellow should sparkle a little more often!

Something that isn't really gone into in depth in the series, especially Nirvana Initiative, is Pewter's connection with the psyncers. He and Ryuki do have similarities. (More thoughts in tags)

just remembered when I was planning a PokéRole campaign that took place in a version of Kanto that was 10 years after Gen 2, with a couple new towns and some map changes I thought were neat.

Cinnbar Island would have been rebuilt as New Cinnabar, a floating city utilizing thermoelectric power from the volcano and run by Blaine's daughter. She'd also be a new Steel-type Gym Leader and had a techy wheelchair that could also become an exoskeleton for her legs. Kinda a ItSV Doc Ock vibe to her, her ace was Magnezone.

A couple other fun locations were Russet City (North of Pewter), Patina Docks and Celeste Town (North of Lavender), while the Indigo Plateau was rebuilt, after a landslide took out Victory Road, as the Indigo Plaza with a massive Stadium in the vein of Wyndon in Galar.

Anyway. Found the map I made in SwSh-style that I still think came out so so sick. Here it is.

#pokemon #kanto region #pkmn #my art #probably won't do anything w this unless the hyperfixation reawakens and i go crazy go stupid w it #none of the new locations were based on any particular town or area in real life kanto - they were mostly added to further #kanto's themes of industrialization clashing with nature #gym types are marked on the map - misty and brock became elite four members along with falkner and a fairy-type specialist oc #so that's why no pewter gym and why cerulean has a normal-type gym now #idea w indigo plaza/stadium was to incorporate the anime's tournament format into the league #then say that the winner of that would get a chance to challenge the elite four and the champion - who was Will from GSC #i spent so much time on the worldbuilding and not so much on the story bc i didn't wanna think up a structured plot until i had players #idk maybe one day i'll get back into rom hacking and make this real who knows anythings possible

Look at my AITSF Warrior Cats AU!!! Note: Sizes aren't accurate because I drew them all on seperate canvases, I just compiled them to make sharing easier

(Left to right, top to bottom: WC: Pewter, Boss, Date, Mizuki, Aiba, Kagami RC: So, Saito, Renju, Iris, Hitomi, Ota, Mayumi, Ritsuko, Nasu, Amame SC: Moma, Rohan, Dokuta, Chinpei Loners: Falco, Mama)

Specifics under cut

The bodyswapping is still a thing, but I don't really know how it'd work (I haven't read the latest books with the impostor and so on). I think anything is possible in Warriors at this point though.

For plot reasons, cats are able to freely visit other clans' territories and associate with cats outside their clan.

Only based off the first game. While I am aware of the additions/retcons of AINI, I stuck to what was established in the first game for straightforwardness' sake.

Saito/Date's colourpoint design is inspired by the lovely @strawby-fields' cat designs! Particularly the fact that colour point cats can become darker.

Although Pewter's role is different here, he's still very clever and talented. Also, he knows what a car is.

Aiba is a normal cat. She was mentored by Pewter, and then was assigned to watch over Date when he arrived at Windclan's territory all confused. They ended up becoming best friends and go everywhere together.

Mizuki is Date's apprentice. She was born in RC, but after Renju and Shoko split up, Shoko left Riverclan and Renju asked Date to raise Mizuki. She doesn't see her parents much.

And yes, no one remembers Kagami's warrior name.

Saito was raised in Riverclan by So, but he's off... "Soul-searching."

Renju, Manaka, and Hitomi trained together as apprentices and remained close friends after becoming warriors. The Manaka situation is still a thing, but I don't know how exactly it'd work here.

Renju and Pewter are together, of course! When Pewter doesn't have to attend to his duties, he meets Renju at the borders and neutral grounds to spend time together. It's not forbidden nor a secret, but not a lot of other cats know about it.

Shadowclan has a shady reputation because of Rohan, but Moma is trying to clean things up now that he's leader. Oddly enough, quite a few RC cats have connections to SC, both past and present...

Rohan has been missing for quite some time. He's been assumed dead.

Mama isn't part of the clans, but everyone likes her so she's friendly with a lot of cats. (Knows a lot about clan affairs despite being an outsider, too.)

Mama lives in the barn and all cats are welcome to come hunt the prey that's around and relax.

Falco is a loner, but he spent a lot of time around the clan and had relationships in several. He attracted Rohan's attention when he went after some clan cats. Rohan kept him around as a sort of "honorary clanmate" to avoid suspicion from the other clans. He also started spending more time around Riverclan to be with Hitomi and Iris.

The characters I didn't include (Manaka, Takero, Takushi, Shoko, etc etc) still exist and do their thing, but I just didn't feel like drawing them for one reason or another.
